OUR INCLUSION STATEMENT:
At our school, everyone belongs. We grow together; learn together; feel loved. We make sure our school is a safe and happy place where every child is respected and cared for. We learn to be kind and empathetic, to respect each other and understand our differences. We are encouraged to be independent and driven, trying our best and never giving up. We learn how to be resilient when things feel tricky and to keep going even when we make mistakes. By working together and supporting one another, we become confident learners and good friends who are ready for the future.

Inclusion
Inclusion at our school means making sure every child, family and staff member feels welcomed, valued and able to take part in all aspects of school life. It reflects our motto — Grow Together; Learn Together; Feel Loved — by creating a community where everyone can succeed, whatever their starting point or individual needs. We grow together by celebrating our differences, we learn together by supporting one another, and we feel loved by building a culture of kindness, respect and belonging. Inclusion isn’t just something we do; it’s who we are as a school community.
Inclusion Across the Curriculum
Inclusion is an integral part of our personal development and extra‑curricular offer, helping us live out our school motto: Grow Together; Learn Together; Feel Loved. Our PHSE curriculum plays a vital role in this by teaching children to understand themselves, respect others and build positive relationships. These lessons underpin the inclusive culture we nurture in every club, activity and enrichment opportunity, ensuring all pupils can take part, explore new interests and develop confidence. By removing barriers and celebrating individuality, we create a school where every child can grow through shared experiences, learn alongside others and feel loved as a valued member of our community.
Together We Grow — Inclusion Newsletters
Together We Grow is our school’s inclusion newsletter, designed to celebrate every child and help our community live out our motto: Grow Together; Learn Together; Feel Loved. Each edition information and ideas that help us understand one another, celebrate our differences and make sure everyone feels valued. By growing and learning side by side, we build a school where every child truly feels loved and able to shine.
